In my opinion, this toner functions like any other milk toner, but it’s a bit too heavy for those with slightly oily to combination skin. It doesn’t provide enough moisture to skip a moisturizer and feels quite sticky. If you’re considering the larger bottle, I recommend the I’m From Rice Toner instead; it’s also a rice toner but has a lighter, more watery consistency. However, those with dry skin will likely enjoy this product, as their skin will absorb it beautifully.
