I’m puzzled by this design choice. A tip: it’s easier to remove the dispenser with the silver ring if you put the lavender cap back on first. I have dexterity issues, so this might just be my experience, but if you find it difficult to remove the entire lid, give that a try. Once I accessed all the product, I realized this cream offers great value for the price.
